- Ordering and Arranging Delivery of Household or Personal Care Items
We manage the delivery of any household or personal care items you may need, including:
- Personal Care Products: We ensure that your personal care items, such as toiletries, hygiene products, and skin care essentials, are always stocked and delivered when needed.
- Household Supplies: We manage the ordering and delivery of cleaning supplies, kitchen items, or other essentials required to keep your home running smoothly.

- 24/7 live-in care: For round-the-clock, 24/7 live-in care, discussed during the assessment
- No extra charges for carers’ food or travel: We do not expect clients to pay for the live-in carer’s weekly food allowance or for any travel time and mileage when the carer travels home or between visits.
- No additional fees for breaks: When a domiciliary carer steps in to cover the live-in carer’s breaks, there are no extra mileage charges or domiciliary care fees passed on to clients.
- No premium for weekends, bank holidays, or Christmas: We pay our care staff additional rates for working public and festive holidays, but you do not pay any extra for care provided on weekends, bank holidays, or over Christmas.
- Hospital stays covered at no extra cost: If you are admitted to hospital, we continue your live-in carer’s support every day on the ward, assisting with personal care, nutrition, hydration, and rehabilitation where possible. We ensure you always have emotional support and advocacy from your dedicated carer.
