We have designed the live in service to provide complete support, ensuring that all aspects of your care are well coordinated and managed. Our service goes beyond just providing a carer—it’s about providing peace of mind and a full support system tailored to your needs. Here’s an overview of what’s included in our service:

Comprehensive Management of your Live-In Support

  • Our dedicated team ensures that every aspect of your live-in care is handled with professionalism and attention to detail, including:
  • Care Worker Coordination: We take care of the recruitment, training, and management of your live-in carer, ensuring they have the necessary skills and experience to meet your specific needs.
  • Ongoing Supervision & Support: Our team regularly checks in on the quality of care, providing supervision, support, and feedback to the carer, while adapting the care plan when necessary to ensure the best outcomes.
  • Handling Referrals
  • We take the stress out of handling medical and care referrals by coordinating with relevant healthcare professionals, local authorities, or family members to ensure that your care plan is fully assessed and tailored to your needs.
  • Medication Management and Prescription Collection/Delivery
  • Ensuring that your medication is properly managed is a key part of our care package. This includes:
  • Medication Ordering & Refilling: We ensure your prescriptions are ordered and refilled on time, so you never run out of essential medication.
  • Prescription Collection & Delivery: We handle the collection and delivery of your prescriptions, making sure everything is delivered to your home.
  • Administering Medication: Our carers are fully trained to administer medication accurately and on time, following your prescribed schedule.
  • Shopping Orders and Deliveries Our shopping service makes life easier by managing your grocery needs, including:
  • Online Grocery Ordering: We take care of placing your grocery orders, ensuring they meet your preferences and dietary needs.
  • Delivery Management: We arrange for your grocery deliveries directly to your door, so you don’t have to worry about going out.
  • Ordering and Arranging Delivery of Household or Personal Care Items

We manage the delivery of any household or personal care items you may need, including:

  • Personal Care Products: We ensure that your personal care items, such as toiletries, hygiene products, and skin care essentials, are always stocked and delivered when needed.
  • Household Supplies: We manage the ordering and delivery of cleaning supplies, kitchen items, or other essentials required to keep your home running smoothly.
  • Adapting to Changing Needs: As your needs evolve, we proactively ensure that all necessary products are available, adjusting orders as required.
  • Tracking Your Progress and Regular Reviews. Our management team is deeply invested in ensuring that you receive the best care possible. This includes:
  • Progress Tracking. We monitor your progress regularly, making sure that every aspect of your care plan is working as intended.
  • Medical Referrals & Assessments. We work with your medical team or community support professionals, such as occupational therapists, to request assessments, referrals, and reviews as needed. This ensures that your care is always aligned with your changing health requirements.
  • Regular Check-ins. We speak with you on a regular basis to ensure you’re happy with your care. We want you to feel heard, valued, and supported at all times. Your well-being is our priority, and we want you to always have someone to talk to.
  • Celebrating Milestones. Every milestone, whether big or small, is a reason for celebration. We make sure that your achievements are recognized, and we do our best to show you how much we value and appreciate your support.
  • Additional support needs: If you require extra assistance with personal care, medication management, or mobility support, the live-in care fees may increase depending on the level of support needed.
  • Care for couples: For live-in care provided to a married couple where both requiring support with personal care, medication management and supervision with mobility difficulties would be discussed during the assessment of care needs
  • 24/7 live-in care: For round-the-clock, 24/7 live-in care, discussed during the assessment
  • No extra charges for carers’ food or travel: We do not expect clients to pay for the live-in carer’s weekly food allowance or for any travel time and mileage when the carer travels home or between visits.
  • No additional fees for breaks: When a domiciliary carer steps in to cover the live-in carer’s breaks, there are no extra mileage charges or domiciliary care fees passed on to clients.
  • No premium for weekends, bank holidays, or Christmas: We pay our care staff additional rates for working public and festive holidays, but you do not pay any extra for care provided on weekends, bank holidays, or over Christmas.
  • Hospital stays covered at no extra cost: If you are admitted to hospital, we continue your live-in carer’s support every day on the ward, assisting with personal care, nutrition, hydration, and rehabilitation where possible. We ensure you always have emotional support and advocacy from your dedicated carer.

We understand that everyone’s situation is different. That’s why our care services are designed to support: Individuals living alone, helping to promote independence, reduce loneliness, and ensure daily needs are met. Couples living together, even if one or both have different levels of care needs. We support both partners in remaining together at home, preserving relationships and routines. Our approach is person-centred, meaning we take time to understand your lifestyle, routines, preferences, and health requirements before creating a personalised care plan.
